What are the refund policies for John Walker Chocolatier?
John Walker Chocolatier will refund or replace your order for the following reasons:
- You have received the incorrect products in your order.
- If there is a manufacturing fault with your product.
During summer and any days of extreme heat, we advise that you purchase a “Hot Weather Protection Pack” to ensure your chocolates stay cool during transit. If a Hot Weather Protection Pack was not purchased we will not refund if your chocolates arrive melted.
When supplying delivery address and recipients details ensure that these are correct (full address and recipients name including company name) as we will not refund your order if incorrect or insufficient delivery information is provided.
On delivery date that is requested ensure recipient is going to be home. If the parcel is returned to the post office and is not collected after five working days, this will be returned to us. In this circumstance, we will charge you the standard $13.50 delivery fee to resend the parcel to the correct address.

Online – Paypal.
Stores – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What company do you use for deliveries?
Australia Post
Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. If no one is there to receive the delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. The driver will leave a dated card with instructions to collect the package. If the package is not collected in five days it will be returned to John Walker Chocolatier. In this case, we will contact the customer to get advice on how they would like to proceed with their order.
Do you ship Overseas?
Please contact us should you require sending overseas so that we can obtain a price for you.
Do you provide Hot Weather Protection?
Yes we do a Hot Weather Protection Pack for $5.00. We pack product into insulted bag with Ice Gel Pack (Packed into bag to avoid condensation) and bubble wrap, as added protection we may delay postage if the weather is severely hot or if you order is received prior to the weekend so as to avoid your order sitting in a depot over the weekend.
We recommend that you purchase Hot Weather Protection Pack for all interstate and country locations.
How do I know you have received my Order?
You will receive an email from johnnywalkerpl@bigpond.com on the completion of your order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
Where is my order?
Your order may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the destination and distance from Perth. We only send out orders on Monday to Thursday to avoid orders sitting in a depot over the weekend. Capital cities will usually be delivered in three working days unless stock is not available at the time of order.
Please note we use the services of Australia Post, to avoid a late delivery, especially during peak times, please ensure you provide an address which is accessible during normal delivery hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.). Due to Australia Post procedures, if no one is present to receive package on arrival, the package will be returned to the nearest Post Office to be collected at the recipient’s convenience. Australia Post Policy is to leave a dated postcard with instructions on collecting the package.
Can I have my order send to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, no, you must place a separate single order for each destination address.
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping Charges are $15.95 per individual address, per order, to anywhere in Australia from our factory in Perth. Orders are accepted from overseas but we only deliver within Australia, for deliveries overseas prices would needed to be advised.
